What is Pískacie?
Pískacie is a Slovak brand of hand-sewn clothing featuring squeakers, patches, and a whole lot of joy. Our products are made for children and adults who aren't afraid to make a little noise. 🎵
Every piece is made with love in our workshop in Hlohovec — from design to the very last stitch.
Who are Pískacie products for?
For everyone who loves to have fun! Mainly for kids (and their parents, grandparents, godparents…), but also for adults who like to keep their playful spark alive.
Where are Pískacie products made?
Everything is hand-sewn in Slovakia, specifically in Hlohovec. No big warehouses, no factories on the other side of the world. Just skilled hands, quality fabrics, and the occasional squeak from the workshop. 😄
Why did you close, and why are you coming back?
In December 2025, we announced that we were closing. But your messages, emails, and stories convinced us that Pískacie holds a place in people's lives that simply can't be replaced.
We're coming back because the most important people asked us to — you. And this time with even more enthusiasm. 💪
📦 Orders
How do I place an order?
Super easy! Pick a product, choose your size, add it to your cart, and complete your order. The whole process takes just a few minutes — less time than eating a bread roll. 🥐
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and online payment via standard payment gateways. You'll always see the currently available methods when completing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven't started making it yet, yes! Write to us as soon as possible by email and we'll try to catch it in time. Once we've started sewing, changes unfortunately aren't possible — but don't worry, we'll always figure something out. 🙂
How long does production and shipping take?
Since every piece is hand-sewn, production typically takes a few business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a notification with your tracking number. Exact times vary depending on how busy we are — during holiday periods it may take a little longer.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Slovakia and to the Czech Republic. If you're from another country and really want your Pískacie, write to us — we're happy to see what we can arrange. 🌍
How much does shipping cost?
You'll see the shipping cost directly in your cart based on your chosen delivery method. We try to keep it as fair as possible — and sometimes we run free shipping promotions. Worth following our social media! 😉
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for standard orders. Please note: personalised products (made to order) cannot be sent cash on delivery — prepayment only.
✨ Personalisation & Custom Orders
Can I customise a Pískacie product to my liking?
We know Pískacie is close to your heart — and we'd love to help. 💛 That's why we offer several personalisation options.
We do need to be honest though: even what seems like a small change can require significant adjustments to our processes and coordination costs. That's why we've set clear guidelines, so we can help as many of you as possible.
🎨 1. Fabric colour change — Want your favourite style in a different colour? No problem — choose from the fabric colours currently available on our website. Other colours are unfortunately not possible. Add the product to your cart and include a link to the product with your desired fabric colour in the order notes.
📍 2. Patch placement change — Want the patch in a different position than standard? That's doable! Add the product to your cart and clearly describe the desired patch placement in the notes.
🦊 3. Different patch — Love the cut but want a different patch on it? You can choose from patches currently available on our website. Add the style you want to your cart and include a link to the product with your desired patch in the notes.
📏 4. Specific size — Need a non-standard size? Order the closest available size and include your detailed size requirements in the notes.
⚠️ Other modifications are not currently possible. If you have an idea, feel free to send it to us — we'd love to consider it in the future!
How exactly do I place a personalised order?
- Add the product you want as your base (style, size) to your cart.
- Find the "Order note" field in your cart.
- Enter your request — for example a link to the colour, a description of the patch placement, or a link to the patch.
- Complete your order and we'll take care of the rest. 🙌
💡 Tip: The more clearly you describe your request, the faster and more accurately we can fulfil it.
Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised products cannot be returned or sent cash on delivery. It makes sense — each such piece is made especially for you. That's why we ask for prepayment. Thank you for understanding! 🤗
🫧 Caring for Your Pískacie Products
How do I wash Pískacie clothing properly?
- Wash at 30°C — a gentle cycle is ideal.
- Use a gentle detergent (liquid is best).
- Turn the garment inside out before washing — your patches and iron-ons will thank you.
- If possible, wash in a laundry bag — extra protection never hurts.
- After washing, leave to air dry — ideally laid flat on a surface or on a hanger.
Can I put Pískacie clothing in the dryer?
🚫 No, do not put Pískacie products in the dryer!
The high heat in a dryer can damage the patches, squeaker elements, and the fabric itself. Items damaged by a dryer are unfortunately not covered by warranty and cannot be returned for a claim.
We know it's tempting to throw everything straight into the dryer — but your Pískacie piece deserves a little extra care. The reward is that it will last much longer. 💛
Can Pískacie clothing be ironed?
Yes, but carefully! Iron from the reverse side and avoid direct contact between the iron and the patches or squeaker elements. Low temperature is your friend. 🌡️
🔄 Returns & Complaints
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Of course! When purchasing online, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt — no reason needed. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exception: Personalised products (made to order) cannot be returned. They are sewn specifically for you, so we ask for your understanding.
How do I make a complaint?
If you're unhappy with a product or a defect has occurred, write to us by email. Describe what happened and attach a photo — we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note: damage caused by improper care (e.g. the dryer 👀) is not covered by warranty.
When will I get my money back?
After receiving the returned item and checking its condition, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
